What An Absolute Disappointment- Section 219
What this video covers
This video is Kevin's reaction to the House vote on a defense bill containing Section 219, which he calls the Israel America Futures Act. Kevin argues the provision would merge US and Israeli military functions and says it amounts to treason and the end of American sovereignty. He reports the House vote was 216 to 212 and that the bill still needs a Senate vote, likely around November. Kevin urges viewers to call their senators, educate family and coworkers, and apply public pressure. He frames noticing and open discourse as the best response.

But I'm sure by now all of you have seen the news. Treason is on the table. It's on the table. How incredible is that? How incredible is that? What do you guys think? Tell me in the chat what you're thinking, how you're feeling about this. You can't look at it objectively and not see that this is the end of sovereignty for America. Now, good thing is we're not there yet. It's still got to go to the Senate. It's still it's still an uphill battle, but there's still a battle to be done. So, we need to do our part. We need to like every day I like I hate to say it, but we should be calling our senators every day to tell them to not vote for the NDAA or anything that has the Israel
America Futures Act, otherwise known as section 219. If it's not there, vote however the you want to vote. Here's the thing. Whether it goes through in the Senate or it doesn't go through in the Senate, I will never ever in my life ever forget what we're about to watch. This vote, the yays are 216, the nays are 212. The bill is passed. Without objection, a motion to reconsider is laid on the table. Is that a bunch of hooting and hollering and cheers of joy from a bunch of people bringing us one step closer, one step closer to the complete erosion of our sovereignty. That does not
represent us. That is not representative democracy. Those are not people acting in the will of the people. It's not. And I will never forget that as long as I live. I'll never forget that because it is the most messed up thing. It's the most messed up thing. It truly is. Yeah. Yippee. dude. That that I mean, do they not realize that they're also going to be in the same boat? That they are also here with us in this country no longer having sovereignty. These cowards can't even operate in their own best interest. Let me bring you up to speed. So there is a thing called the futures act and it has been inserted into the NDAA and the
futures act essentially states that we will merge the Israeli and the and the American militaries and I [clears throat] mean it's a long list the military the uh intelligence agencies uh cyber security defense surveillance this is actually like on the table and it was just a little history if you missed yesterday or if you just don't know because alarmingly a lot of people don't know about this. So in February they tried to pass the futures act uh under I believe the SAVE act didn't pass. than last week. Uh they I forget I mean it's so confusing but they did another vote
last week and it was 50 to like 45 being all of the Democrats and uh they needed 60 60 votes to to pass it and it needed to be a majority or super majority. I forget I mean I'm no legal scholar here but that did not pass. So then yesterday they did the first of two votes yesterday and today and yesterday they voted and then it moved to the House of Rep representatives today voted four and next it goes to the Senate. We don't know when that's going to be and this is this is where we're at. This is where we're at. We are at a long list of
predominantly Republicans who have completely, willingly, openly sold us out to another nation. Wait a second. With the IDF to pass a law that makes it impossible to disentangle, a law that basically funnels military aid to the Israeli military from the United States without any vote. And so it's very stealthy. It's clever. It's completely evil. And there's been very little attention paid to it because the American media is 100% behind it. No one in the future can withdraw from it or else it would be a federal violation. How is this possible? There's no clearer example of treason that I can think of. That is selling out your country. They're attempting to merge the US military with the IDF. There you go. Now you're up to speed. treason. Treason is on the table. And who exactly
is doing the treason when me or anybody else says treason? Treason. Treason. treason. Who is it that we're actually talking about? And I'll show you. Okay, I put this out. It's a great thing to maybe share because it gives a lot of information. And this isn't just a list. Like you seen like last week there was this list going around of all the people and that's like all fine and good, but like when people saw those, they were just like, "Okay, so these guys, they voted on what? What was it?" Right? So here we go and we show I show what is the NDAA, what is section 219, who's for, who who's against it, and what is the next step. So this one image will
give anybody who has no idea what's going on, this will give them the opportunity to have an idea of what the hell is going on. And you yourself, you can go and you can start reading these names. before highlighted. Those are the Democrats that broke rank and gave enough to lose. So anyway, I don't get anything for Sharon. I just I just wanted to put it out there because I think we need to start educating people. I talked about this yesterday. I think part of the problem right now is the fact that nobody knows what the hell's going on over here. Over here, over here. I'm still getting used to the If I'm going to point to something now, I go like this. that this we've need we need to get
people educated on this. We need to get people educated on what's happening because so many people don't know and we've gotten to this point because they've been able to sneak things through for decades piece by piece by piece by piece. Well, now these pieces are big. They're big pieces and they're growing and this can't just slide. It's getting harder and harder bec for them because we we are noticing. Noticing is working. Fancy that. Noticing is working. So, how about you help other people notice what the hell's going on because this fight is
still on. And now maybe we all can get involved in this fight. Call your senators. Talk to the I mean, I'm going to sound like a broken record here. Call your politicians. Tell them what your will is so they can act on the will of the people. Educate your mom, your dad, your brother, your sister, your friends. Talk about this. Your co-workers. Yeah. Apple Juice saying that his co-workers know because he's been posting on Facebook about this. Perfect. Yeah. I think I think talking about educating and then collectively coming together and saying like we should probably put some public pressure on this, shouldn't we? We should probably remember that this is a democracy allegedly and that we actually have a voice allegedly. And
then if you find out that you don't have a voice, you found something out, then you can act accordingly. Just like no matter what happens, we just found out exactly who the traitors are and it's these these who literally went out there, handed your sovereignty to a foreign nation, which George Washington himself said, "Don't ever do that. Don't ever do that." And here we are. So, let people know. Let people know. Educate people about this, you know? And and and listen, I'm not saying like just talk about this, but I just think it's important. I think it's important. I think in a year when shit's looking a little different and our sovereignty is out the window and we're treated truly like
you're going to wish that you did something right now. You're going to wish you said that Kevin said I should do something and I didn't do something. Maybe I should have done something. I'm kicking myself in the ass saying I didn't do something four weeks ago. I mean I did. I called I called my representative. I called my representative a couple weeks ago. It's a I mean it's something. It's something more than nothing. I may have mentioned it in a live stream or two kind of off-handed like probably bitching about Israel or something and they be like and they're trying to burn together like I've probably did a couple of those but did I come out here and do my job to educate you guys? No, I don't think I did. I don't think I did a good enough job. Yesterday was a great start. I wish I'd started this earlier. I wish
everybody started this earlier. But the great thing is is that the fight isn't over and that we still have an opportunity for the next days or weeks or months because I I think they usually actually pass the NDAA sometime in November and they might think that we'll forget about it between now and then and then there won't be any public pressure and then they can go back to us in the dark. Or we can talk about it. We can apply a little bit of public pressure. Yes, it is for 2027. The votes usually go through in November. Nothing's been said as to when it will go to the Senate and when it will happen. It'll likely be in in November, but that actually means that we have a
few months. We have a few months to get our together and to go out there and let people know about this so maybe get get a little pissed and maybe they go mm- no. If everybody just once reached out to their local representative, that's I mean I I I actually believe that that's actually somewhat helpful. People might think I'm crazy for saying that. People might think I'm crazy for saying that the solution is actually just public pressure. The solution is actually just discourse and us talking to each other, but I actually genuinely think that that's probably the best course of action at least right now. I don't need those. I don't need those. We're not listening to anything else. And so, no, the show isn't going to be all about NDAA section 219 forever, but
I'm gonna bring it up every once in a while. I'm g talk about it as things progress. I'm going to share it. Hey, no judgment. Maybe you like the traitor behavior. Maybe you're all for merging our militaries because you don't have a prefrontal cortex. I I don't know. Maybe you're for this. You're in a safe space. relatively. Scotty says maybe Trump will veto it. I doubt it. I doubt it. I doubt it. I doubt it. But that's really my thoughts on it. My thoughts are that that at the very least bureaucracy is on our side or democracy
on our side for now. They wouldn't have to go through all of these hurdles as blatant as they're being. They still wouldn't do all of this the way they do in it if we didn't still have power. If democracy the the the the the structure of it still has some effect. So we need to remember that. We need to notice that and we need to play that to our advantage which is the next few months letting people know. letting people know this is bipartisan. In fact, is sons partisan. It is not even partisan. Are you an American? Great. This affects you. It's simple. It's actually like people always sitting behind. Oh, it's
complicated. It's complicated. Everything's so complicated. We're complicating everything. Actually, things are pretty simple. what Israel is doing in Gaza. It's not complicated. It's actually not. It's quite simple. You know what it is. You're seeing it with your own eyes. So, call it what it is. It's not that difficult. It's not that complicated. Anyway, that's really my thoughts on it. I just think that we have we do have some time, but that doesn't mean that you let off the gas. We haven't even touched the gas. So, let's start touching the gas. Let's start feathering start feathering that gas. We got we got some we got some minds
to educate about this and we need to talk about it and it needs to be organic. Needs to be organic but yeah. No, I think I think it's important, you know, to just talk about it, educate people. Um, you know, you don't have to be evangelical about it, but like, "Hey, did you know that like, you know, when somebody starts talking about Israel in a in a u kind of a stanky tone, you could be like, "Hey, did you know that they're trying to to Did you know that?" I know. It's crazy. There's a bunch of traders. There's a bunch of traders. And, you know, it's not antiseptic to notice, nor is it to be against this. It is every bit your American right to be against all of this
because all you want and all we want is to keep America being America. So yeah, I don't know. I don't know guys. But what I do know, and again not to sound like a broken record, but I think the way through this like all things is discourse is just talking discussions um discussing ideas, you know, doing thought experiments like what do you guys think? You know, you're talking about how do we kind of get out of this? What does that look like for us? I mean, that stuff is actually so effective. It's so effective. You know how I know it's so effective? Because the tactics for them to sneak things in is, you
know, the bread and circus is the constant onslaught of everything. These things. This made like sure this made it so that we could share information with each other. So more noticing can happen but overall far more not noticing is happening because of this and because all the things that work in this. It's like that you know the more we notice the more our greatest ally needs to do increasingly crazier and more expansive things. That's the trade-off. We're gonna have to deal with increasingly crazier and crazier moves. But if we continue to notice, the noticing is is
our superpower, even though it exposes us to more. But if we keep noticing things and we keep applying public pressure, then they have to do increasingly crazier things, which only exposes them. Think of all of the politicians exposed today, truly exposed today for being a traitor. I, for one, used to be a big Rand Paul fan. As a libertarian, as somebody who went was not afraid to go after Fouchy, I've always liked Rand Paul. Sure, I didn't agree with him 100% across the board, but when I saw his name on the list of of people that literally voted to sell our sovereignty, just hand it over to Israel, well, this is so important to me that that
supersedes any good. And now he's a piece of forever. And now these 250 names or whatever it is, 220 names, whatever it is, you're forever a piece of if your name is on that list. Sorry. Sorry that you did that to yourself. Sorry you had to expose yourself. Voting to give Israel sovereignty is like showing somebody your dick. You can't put it away. You can't erase the memory. And in the meantime, stay hydrated. love the people around you. If you have people around you to love, your pets, whatever. Engage. Engage. Engage.
