The Missing Scientist and the Illegal Plutonium Deal
May 30, 2026 · 39:11
Kevin discusses reporting by The Leah Files on the Department of Energy's May 26 announcement that it would transfer 20 metric tons of weapons-grade plutonium to five private companies: Oklo, Standard Nuclear, Shine Technologies, Flibe Energy and Exodus Energy. He highlights overlaps with PCAST and the DOE, and the deaths of Los Alamos figures Charles McMillan and Philip Leonard in crashes on the lab's access road. Kevin argues the case may be a separate thread from the anti-gravity cases, calls the sale illegal, and says these links are his interpretation. Kevin suggests opposing data centers as one practical action.
