Was Epstein Involved in this Dystopian Israeli Spyware? - The Leah Files Breakdown

· 13:47 · 65 views

What this video covers

This video is a livestream breakdown in which Kevin argues that Toka, an Israeli-linked spyware company partly owned by Ehud Barak, may have been connected to Jeffrey Epstein. Kevin says Epstein emails show him pitching Toka to intel agencies, though he acknowledges there is no direct investment link. He claims Toka can alter or replace recorded footage without leaving metadata, and speculates it may have been used on Epstein's death footage and Utah Valley University footage in the Tyler Robinson case. He credits Leah with raising Toka earlier, discusses spoofing and Cellebrite, and concludes that video-only convictions since 2019 should be challenged.

If you have Toka in place, Toka goes in and can edit footage. Um, I'm a believer that it did that one of its first tests was was Epstein uh the night that he Bingo. Bingo, bingo, bingo. What I think they're building is Yeah, they're going to have control over not only our data, but where we can go. And if you look at the the bottom, you see Toka. You know, that was made by Ehud Barak as well. There's files in the Epstein files like emails where Epstein is saying, "Hey." Or Ehud Barak's like, "Hey Epstein, go sell Toka to our intel agencies." They call them cousins. That's what they call them. Which

and I said this on my very first video about Toka that I ever did was when I looked into the Epstein emails uh with Ehud Barak about the the about Toka. Um, there is no direct connection in terms of like investments or anything like that with Epstein and Toka, but I'm still not convinced. I think he was more of a silent partner because he was part of Cellebrite I'm sorry uh Carbyne. Was it Carbyne? Yes, yeah, yeah. So, he was uh part of Carbyne with Ehud Barak, which is the former Prime

Minister of Israel. And Toka is owned in part by Ehud Barak. And Ehud Barak and Epstein were I mean, by any stretch of the imagination were extremely good friends, if not best friends. They invested in a lot of of the surveillance tech together. So, though there is no direct investment involvement between Jeffrey Epstein and Toka, I do believe that he was involved in some way. He for sure it's in the emails that he was introducing this technology well before

his death to many different people. So, just keep that in mind. What are we doing here? Like why why is the Israeli surveillance state trying to sell and Epstein trying to sell to our intel agencies, which you'll never see these contracts. Like they could definitely have Toka right now. You will never see it cuz that's how it works. So, Yeah, in fact, Toka had moved its headquarters this year to the United States from Israel. And on their website, we've showed this before, they directly say that they are working with all sorts of law enforcement agencies and military agencies in the United States, they don't have to disclose

what who or what they are working with. They don't have to and nobody is disclosing who is working with them. And in fact, fun fact, uh uh was it Ben Horowitz? The the Horowitz from Andreessen Horowitz or A16Z who's heavily invested in in Toka had actually tried to pay for Las Vegas the city of Las Vegas police to have Toka and he's like, I will pay for it for you. It's expensive as And they declined, which is actually really interesting. Which and that is a little alarming considering that you can rewrite

history. Um and then if you have Toka in place, and I know this sounds like I get so much heat for this, but if you have Toka in place, Toka goes in and can edit footage. Um I'm a believer that it did that. One of its first tests was was Epstein uh the night that Bingo. Bingo, bingo, bingo. I'm sure if you look back in one of my old live streams, I actually have all my old live streams. I'm going to find it. I have I have the transcripts from all of them. I'm going to find where I had said that. But I one of the first videos I ever did about Toka, I talked [snorts] about Epstein because Toka started in 2017, Epstein died in 2019. Um

I think they used it. I don't even know if it was like a first, but it's for sure probably the first big time it was used. He was killed or he killed himself. So but yeah, I I think that the problem isn't like a flock camera or you know, if you're not doing anything nefarious, why does it matter? Well, it matters because they can make it look like you're doing something nefarious even if you're not. Um Is it possible that there was, you know, fake images or AI that was used for this purpose on 9 10 25 at Utah Valley University? Yeah, I mean, that's what I've been screaming from the start that there that Tyler Robinson's defense lawyer should 100% look at Toka. The problem is it

leaves no metadata, it leaves no forensic evidence that it ever altered, deleted anything in the footage. It just looks like it changed. In fact, it's it is insane because it's crazy spyware because it can go in, it can manipulate what's being recorded in real time, it can manipulate what has already been recorded, it can even outright replace what has been recorded. And remember, this has been around probably since 2018. Company started in 2017, maybe 2019. Right? Now, let's look back. Let's look back at this. So, I said on August 14th, if you don't

know, that was over 2 months ago. I said to all my Charlie Kirk and Tyler Robinson friends, you should start looking into Toka, who owns it, what it does, and then ask yourself if any footage from 9/10 is legit in any way. I have a video about this very topic coming out later today, and this is when I I dropped my uh my first Toka video. Where we looked into all of that, and Leah responded. She said, "Yes, I've been screaming into the void about this for months. Have you seen the emails between Epstein and him about it? I have some posts and articles and videos on it starting April time frame, maybe. He was selling it to our intel community, cousins in the email. May find them interesting. They then

opened an LLC here at some shady house in Maryland, then DC. I'm glad others are talking about it now. I've made quite a few posts about it that may help." Also said Tyler Robinson's defense team should look at this because I'm pretty sure it's being used back before the trial started. But if you need anything, let me know. Happy to give you whatever I want." This was like one of the first time she actually ever reached out to me. And uh I think she sent me some stuff. Um she sent me some stuff about [snorts] Toka and and stuff because she was looking into this way before a lot of people in my life, a lot of the content creators that I'm friends with and stuff, and even I've seen it in the chat here literally tonight, that a lot of people had learned about Toka through

me, but Leah was talking about this months and months before I was. And I do believe that if you look at if you look at so look at all of the UVU footage. Why does nobody look like Tyler Robinson, but why do they also not all look like the same person? Why is like one of the the like the ones that was released later like is like a buff dude in a maroon shirt? And like another one looks like Erica Kirk's brother. And like another one looks like some other white dude. And all of them are supposed to be Tyler Robinson? I don't think so. I think that if you if

Toca was using some sort of AI AI is tough to get like faces really right and consistent over a longer period of time. But there were some images I saw in Shadows analyzed um a while ago and yeah, it does it would not surprise me if if footage was altered. This would be why they would do it. Why else do you need to alter footage except to cover your tracks. Um this would be one of the instances you would want to use Toca for. Um just having that capability in general is alarming in the United States cuz like you said, how many people have they falsely accused of doing crimes and the evidence isn't even there to say no. More than we can count. How how is that allowed to happen? And why is it legal

for Toca to operate against American citizens? This seems like an intel operation. Cuz they they the Peter Thiel's of the world and Andreessen Horowitz's companies bought bought them. So they bought the technology. So it's not technically Israeli technology, but it but it absolutely is. It ties back and that's how they get around it. But why aren't they arrested for doing this? Money. But is it actually on the books? Is it actually legal for them to do this? Yeah, technically cuz it's if you think about what they're doing it's it's the same thing that I I think they're doing with the the the currency. They're they're starting to privatize it and then it's like oh, we don't we don't

it's not on us and the regulations aren't there and they can get around so much more when it's commercial. When there's government, you have some sort of laws and regulations for the most part like the Fourth Amendment, but when you privatize it, you lose that and that's what we're seeing. I I I had talked about Tether and you know, Tether just shut off someone's funds and hasn't given them back and they didn't do anything wrong. And I do think that that with the surveillance state is is where we're heading. Why isn't it illegal? I have I have no idea cuz they have money and just from your license plate to your name and your travel patterns. They're merging it all together. This is the the the modern-day LexisNexis. So when you talk about AI, people are missing that that is actually old news

and now we're moving into a quantum phase of computing and I'm finance and quantum spy technology that's that's being unleashed on the American people as we're at the precipice of what could be one of the biggest and most deadly wars in the Middle East that we've ever seen that nobody wants to talk about because they are all implicated in foreign operations that have been run on American soil. Can Cellebrite actually be used to put inauthentic Discord messages onto a phone? I think you answered that. The answer is yes. I I I they they they don't advertise that. So it is just my if I look at the capability and I look at how they could advance it, yeah, I I do think that they could I don't know how it interfaces with Discord. I can't say that because

Discord is something that has kind of, you know, become mainstream since I was investigating the whereabouts of people who didn't want to be found. Yes, text messages absolutely for sure can be fabricated. They can be put on there. There are spoofing apps that the regular person can download. You can go to the App Store right now and get a spoof app where you can call people from a different number, you can send text messages from a different number, you can pretend to be somebody somebody completely different. You can even trick your phone's geographic location to make it look like you are somewhere where you're not. So if you're on your Find My or you're sharing your location on Snapchat or any other one of these apps, which I highly recommend against, or if you've authorized the app to track you behind the scenes when your app is not running, your information is being shared, but you can actually fool your own phone into believing that you are somewhere else to the extent that even when you

open your Apple or Google Maps, it will give you driving directions from where you have pretended to be rather than where you actually are. If that stuff is available to the to the public at large and you can just buy it for $9.99 a month on on the Apple Play Store, the military uh certainly has capabilities far beyond that. So, I would say that the answer is probably obvious. Quite literally though, I mean, really all that to say is that quite literally anything and everything can be fabricated even if it's coming from an official like source platform, whatever. Personally, I've said this before and I'll say it again and again and again. If you have gone to jail

based solely on video evidence since 2019, 2020 I think you have a case for that footage to be tossed out because Toca exists and Toca is a phantom. You cannot prove that Toca was used on something, but you know that that that technology exists and is out there. We don't know who has it. And if a And if a if a defense or a or I'm sorry, if a if a prosecutor is out there and presenting any video evidence that like an entire case is hinging on that video evidence, you have to throw it out. You have to throw it out.

I truly believe you have to throw it out.
