What this stream covers

This livestream marks the 25th anniversary of the USA Patriot Act, which Kevin argues laid the groundwork for today's surveillance state. He plays an explainer video on the law's provisions, including sneak and peek searches and Section 215, and says Ashcroft's draft was ready eight days after 9/11. Kevin links Total Information Awareness to Palantir and In-Q-Tel, and points viewers to his panopticonindex.com 9/11 page. He then reviews Valinor Enterprises, a defense tech holding company backed by Peter Thiel's network, and discusses X's new product lead Peter Sellis and Elon Musk's transhumanist and cosmist leanings. He also reports streaming glitches and plans for a Discord and a kevinisahuman.com site.

What's up, everybody? How you guys doing? I'm back. I'm back. I'm back. I'm back. I wanted I told you guys I was going to do a Sunday stream. And I wasn't able to do it yesterday. Unfortunately, I was in quite a lot of pain that I had to sort through and I could not come on the stream. I really wanted to. Boy, did I really want to, but I was unable to. But, we're here today. We're here to manage the pain a little bit better. We're getting through and we're here. So, hell yeah. Uh for everybody who's watching on YouTube and on um on Kick.

And you watching on both, thank you guys for helping me get the viewership up. I really appreciate that. It's uh it's really awesome. It's really awesome to have you guys support me like that. Uh even with those little hacks, I really appreciate it. YouTube is just helping me get the watch hours up because I need to get watch hours in before February before they double the watch hours needed. And the watch hours are the most difficult part [snorts] of getting monetized on YouTube. And so, yeah, you got to get the watch hours up and it's like right now it's 4,000 watch hours. And uh I'm about a quarter of the way there. So, the live stream is going to

definitely help. So, yeah. Um You know, but if you're on YouTube, uh please like, comment, hit the chats. The more you chat, the more you engage, the more likes and hearts and all that you got, uh the better I get pushed leaving when I'm live, like right now. Um so, yeah. Uh but anyway, I appreciate you guys being here. I appreciate everybody all up in here. Thank you guys so very much. Hope you guys had a great weekend. I had an awesome weekend. Uh one of my best friends here in Southern California got married. And it was awesome. And I got to go with

my lady, and it was a great time, and there was great food, and good people, and I got to see a lot of people I haven't seen in quite a long time, and it was just It was a good vibe. It was a great great vibe. So, yeah. But other than that, um you know, we're here today. And boy, do we have some things to talk about. Every Firms Mom says, "Every time I see that Musk's face, I get really angry." Yeah, he's a He's a pretty infuriating fellow. That's for sure. Duke Nuke, what up, my guy? What up? We got Amy. We got Anka. Firms

Mom, thank you guys all so much for being here. All my friends, all my homies, all up in here. Um Let me see. Hopefully, uh the stream is healthy because I'm getting some messages saying that it might get a little like a little wonky. If it does, I'm sorry. What uh we got Trevor Trip over Trip up in the house. What's up, brother? So good to have you here, man. So good to have you here. So today is the 25th anniversary of the day that President Bush signed into

law the Patriot Act. If you don't know what the Patriot Act is, well, on 9/11, I did a whole thing about it. But we can learn a little bit more today because man, I'm telling you, the Patriot Act opened up the doorway for the surveillance state that we live in right now. And by the way, guys, if you hear some commotion, uh we have a foster puppy here. And she's out. She's chewing on her bone, but she's still a puppy. So, if you hear any loud noises or, you know, what are weird noises in the background,

that's the poochie. That's our poochie. And she's a little puppy, and puppies do what puppies do. So, forgive me in advance. Thank you guys so much. [snorts] So, yeah, the the Patriot Act. It was signed into law about 45 days, 46 days after 9/11. And you just don't see the government being so bipartisan and working things through so quickly. You never do. You never do. The only times that you do is when they're surely stripping us of something. And the Patriot Act is certainly one of the big milestones, one of the

big stepping stones to the surveillance state that we find ourselves in today. And let's kind of go back and look at it a little bit. In the wake of 9/11, President George W. Bush Oh, wait. We got Scotty in the house. Scotty, brother. I hope you're doing better, man. I hope you're feeling better. Glad to have you here, man. If you don't If you don't already, go say what up to Scotty Will. Go follow him on YouTube. He's about to start putting videos out. That's my boy. Yeah. Good to have you here, man. and his administration acted swiftly to expand government surveillance powers,

but the measure was almost instantly controversial. The terrorist organization Al-Qaeda coordinated four attacks on major US landmarks. In total, 2,996 people were killed on 9/11. It was the most fatal attack on US soil since Pearl Harbor. In response, President George W. Bush and his administration proposed a new law called the USA Patriot Act or the Uniting and Strengthening America by providing appropriate tools required to intercept and obstruct terrorism act. The Patriot Act received overwhelming bipartisan support from Congress. In the Senate, the bill was passed

almost unanimously, 96 to one. In the House, it was passed 357 to 66. On October 25th, 2001, the USA Patriot Act was signed into law without any amendments. For a bill that passed so quickly, it was very long and very dense. Few lawmakers read it in full before they voted for it. The law was also full of controversy and quickly became the subject of a lot of criticism and debate. Many went so far as to call it unconstitutional. The Patriot Act included all kinds of new rules and amendments, particularly ones about surveillance and national security. It included amendments to the Wiretap Act. This let police obtain court orders to

spy and eavesdrop on suspected cybercriminals and terrorists by intercepting their phone calls, emails, and any other form of communication. It added credit card and bank account numbers to a government-controlled database that could be accessed with court permission. It also allowed government officials to use trap and trace devices and conduct sneak and peek searches. Trap and trace devices can trace phone calls to individuals and addresses. This was all before social media. This was all before we put all of our lives on the internet. Where we all kind of just willingly gave up a little bit of

privacy so that we could have a streamlined s- experience on the internet. Isn't that interesting? Sneak and peek searches are searches where We used to have it so good. We really used to have it so good. officials or police can break into someone's home or office and snoop around without their permission. In other words, the Patriot Act made it easier for the FBI to spy on Americans and search their homes. Provisions in the Patriot Act also increased powers to combat money laundering, tripled the number of Border Patrol, Customs Service, and Immigration and Naturalization Service personnel along the northern US border,

established new terrorism-related grounds to detain or deport foreign nationals or deny them entry into the US in the first place, and created a new list of terrorist crimes. But how did this translate into action? People supporting the Patriot Act argued that it increased the chances of catching terrorists by granting more government access and promoting cooperation between the What terrorists though? and the FBI through what terrorists, though? So, what they're saying is is that well, 9/11 happened. We got to make sure that 9/11 doesn't happen again. Never forget. It was the justification for everything.

Yeah, guys, I don't know what's up. I'll be honest with you. I see people saying it's getting a little giddy jittery. Uh, I [clears throat] don't know what's up. Like sitting here trying to fix it, but like There's like nothing going on on my computer really other than this. Doggy is loud, video is low. I'll bring it back a couple seconds here. argued that it increased the chances of catching Hm. [clears throat] I don't know. I didn't change any of my settings. The dog's chilling. The dog's chilling now, but Yeah, I don't know. I'm getting like all these like poor signal and and and I

don't know what's up. My computer is literally nothing else going on. So, we'll keep going. Hopefully it'll Hopefully it'll fix. And if it doesn't, we'll just pick this up another time, but I'd really love to keep going today. catching terrorists by granting more government access and promoting cooperation between the CIA and the FBI through information sharing. The argument was often made that those without terrorist ties would have nothing to hide from these agencies. Since its conception, at least 50 terrorist acts have been thwarted, but it's hard to know if that's directly related to the Patriot Act. In actuality, the Patriot Act has done more to catch drug dealers Yeah, I don't know why. I got like in I got like insane internet here.

I've got insanely fast internet. And there's nothing on my computer other than the streaming stuff. I don't know what's up. I don't know what's up, guys. I'm like, believe it or not, the most not the most technically savvy person. Especially on the fly. But we'll we'll see. We'll see if we can get through it. and terrorists. Americans feel mixed about that. Reducing crime across the board is considered a good thing, a priority that crosses party lines. But many Americans are skeptical of the government using laws outside of their original intent. Americans have also criticized the act for being unconstitutional. In particular, they took issue with section

215 for violating the Fourth Amendment, the protection against unlawful searches and seizures by permitting warrantless searches. People also questioned section 505, which allowed the government to impose gag orders, as well as investigate people based on their speech. Many saw this as a direct violation of our First Amendment rights. Others went on to criticize the act's implicit promotion of racial profiling. The American Civil Liberties Union, or ACLU, along with several US senators, took legal action against the Patriot Act. In 2004, judges struck some key Shout out the ACLU. unconstitutional. Over the years, some parts of the Patriot Act have expired or been struck

down, while others have been renewed. Since its inception, the Patriot Act has garnered strong reactions. Supporters argue it has allowed government agencies to cooperate, made it easier to catch criminals, and prevent future terrorist attacks. Those against it see surveillance as dangerous and in violation of free speech, infringing on the Bill of Rights with unclear results when it comes to protecting people from terrorism. So, the age-old question remains, can giving up constitutional rights help keep us safe, or does it take away liberties without giving us added protection? Huh. Well, that was actually a pretty good video. Good little round up. Yeah, Patriot Act wasn't a necessarily a

great thing for us. Not for those of us who care about sovereignty. Right? And so yeah. If you don't know, I made a website called panopticonindex.com and this is a great place to learn all about the surveillance industry. And it is an industry. You can look into all the people that have funded it. And there's all sorts of kooky stuff. Right? And I made this nice little page right here. Title 9/11. And if you go and hit 9/11, well, I did a whole lot of research and put together this page that shows you

9/11, the things like the Patriot Act and Total Information Awareness and other projects and things that were going on at the time as response to 9/11. How all of that intersects with different companies and different people and all the money that is out there in the surveil like funding the surveil the surveillance state. So you can learn all about all sorts of stuff. Look at that. This is a lot information here. A lot of information. And so yeah, let's let's look at the Patriot Act.

Oh, we got danks in here? Yeah, man. I I know my uh I don't know. And YouTube is giving me all poor signals. And Kick looks fine. I really I I honestly I truly don't know what's going on. Now I'm trying to Can I turn up the video? The video is all the way up. And but there's no video on right now, anyway. Wait, how far behind is my YouTube? Like 2 minutes? Geez. There's something going on with YouTube, guys. I don't know what it is. Yeah, my YouTube is like This is craziness.

Yeah, I'm not getting any of that, danks. I don't know what it is. I'm trying to figure it out. Mhm. I do do do do Sorry, guys. Sorry about that. I mean, let me just play a little little bit of this video again. In the wake of 9/11, President George W. Bush and his administration act major US landmarks. In total, 2,900 That's weird. people were killed on 9/11. Jesus. most fatal attack on US soil since Pearl Harbor.

Yeah, I don't know what's going on, guys. President George W. Bush and his administration proposed a new law called the USA Patriot Act, or How is that Uniting and strengthening America by providing appropriate tools required to intercept and obstruct terrorism act. I think I got it working, guys. I hope I got it working. I hope I got it working, for sure. Danks says they're preparing us for no internet for 90 days. Yeah, well, the there's a new order going out that like every um every base uh needs to be prepared for 90 days of lockdown uh globally. Um that's not a good signal. I don't really know a lot about it, but

that I I've read a little bit about it. And that's what I've seen. let me Oh, so it's like uh Let's see here. Yeah, fortress the fortress initiative. That's what it inside the Pentagon's doomsday plan to keep Americans America fighting if global war erupts. Right? God. Just what a punchable face that dude has. Uh uh the Pentagon is preparing US military bases to keep operating for at least 90 days without outside support as

it prepares for the possibility of a major war that could power grids, disrupt supply chains, and threaten critical infrastructure on American oil. What? Who? Iran has stated many times that they have they really do not care about Americans attacking America. It's just there's none of that. There's no threat from them to us. We're the aggressor over there. And they're playing like an economic game. They're not like they're not like doing war war with us. So I I I don't know. I think this is

I think this is signaling something that it's not supposed to be. I don't know. It's pretty crazy. It's pretty crazy. But yeah, I mean if the military is going to have to prepare for 90 days, we probably all should be preparing for some amount of, you know, time uh some amount of supplies. You know, and and you probably won't need them and you probably won't come, you know, to really be anything at the end of the day, but you know, we'll never know. We'll never We'll see. We don't know. We don't know. But yeah, anyway, get back to to the 45 days on the Patriot Act. So

yeah, September 11th happened 45 days later on on October 26th, they passed the Patriot Act. Ashcroft delivered the Justice Department's draft the week of September 19th, 2001. So the So 8 days later, 8 days after 9/11, Ashcroft had the Patriot Act ready, submitted it. Okay. He demanded passage within a week. Many provisions were recycled from DOJ and FBI wish lists, which we know about this. Uh Congress had rejected before 9/11. The I mean and come on.

It's everything that we wanted before 9/11. Then 9/11 happened and now, well, maybe maybe uh maybe it's time to revisit that. Right? Puts it in on the 19th, pushed for it to be done quickly, and it got done quickly. Okay? Final bill reached the House floor the same day and was introduced during the anthrax attacks with with congressional office buildings closed and members voting with two copies of the bill available on Woo. on one side of the aisle. There was no conference report and essentially no hearings on the final text. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. So it feels possibly call me crazy, but it feels like they kind of had all of this in place before 9/11. And every bit of our government lockstep, y'all, this is what we're doing, push it through. Right in the president's hand. 45 days later. To be signed into law. So, yeah, this is this is where we're at.

This is where we're at. This is where all really began. Because this opened up the door to everything else. Total information awareness. Which were all of these different programs that then all became private. Like Facebook and Palantir. And all these different companies that were born out of this big project of projects. Right? And then the Patriot Act was there to be the law that allowed it to happen. You know, Palantir

was one of those companies. And then it was funded by In-Q-Tel, which is CIA. CIA was its first customer for the first 5 years that Palantir existed. But they're a private company, right? 9/11 the reaction to 9/11 from the government was to create the framework of a surveillance state. I mean, that much is obvious. That much is clearly obvious. That the reaction

was to set this up. Because prior to this we all had a reasonable expectation of privacy. Reasonable expectation of privacy. Right? But the digital age that came in right when all the laws and all of the programs were being set up to create the surveillance state. And then social media comes in because it makes it the fun thing that gets basically manufactures our consent into this entire system. I even hear people today say Bro, look, why do you care about flood

cameras? You carry around a phone that's already logging everything. But it's not the same thing. Just because we opt into some of this doesn't mean that we've opted in to all of this. That's insanity. That's sheer insanity. Give me 1 second. Hey. Hey. Here. Take that. Take the ball. Good girl. Aw, puppies. Puppies. Yeah. So, yeah. That's That's what we got.

That's what we got with the Patriot Act. It's everything you see here today. Yeah, Scotty says, "Did you know that that bill was kicking around for 4 years before 9/11?" Yeah, it it mostly was. So, not completely in this form but yeah, it this to my understanding was actually like multiple different things that like couldn't get passed and then they put it all together and was like Yo, we need to pass this because terrorism. [snorts] Right? Like whatever your feelings on 9/11 are

it's obvious that this was all the setup the surveillance state that we live in today. How's the quality for you guys? Is it better? Is it Is it chilling? Let me know in the chat if it's better for you or it's chilling for you. Yeah. So anyway just wanted to give a little shout-out a little recognition some flowers for the Patriot Act. You know, because America's never been safer. I'll tell you that much. America's never been safer

than in the era of the Patriot Act. Thank you, Patriot Act. Thank you, Senator Ashcroft. Anyway, if you want to learn more about how the 9/11 how 9/11 had actually set up the framework for the surveillance state that we live in, go to panopticonindex.com/911. All right? I'm going to throw it in the chat, guys. I'm going to throw it in the chat. There you go. I'm even going to pin that. I'm even going to pin it for you guys. So it's there, so you can just readily

go and see that. You can just readily go see and see that and go and learn. Go and learn and you'll see. I'm not lying. You'll see. That what we know as the surveillance today all traces back to this one event. All traces back to these people, to these institutions, to these programs. Right? And yeah. That's that that's where it all starts. So go check out the website, please. Um I don't get anything really for you

other than maybe you learn something or maybe you share it with somebody and they learn something. Um you know, it's just I put all the information here. I update it from time to time. And uh you know, I think you can learn a lot. You know, you can learn a lot like we talked about Palantir. Right? Go over here to company dossier. Oh, look at that. Oh, these are the products. Here's them in the news. Here's all the people and the institutions and everything. Oh, In-Q-Tel. Look at that. I made it easy so you can

bop around and make connections and learn about all of these different entities. Because this stuff is important, guys. Like this stuff is actually like important to us all. Even like, you know, Flock. Like the amount that people understand about Flock, we should be having that kind of understanding like in our society for all Whoop. Wait a second. Let me Let me collapse that. Let me Let me collapse that right there. Let's get that collapsed up. All these companies right here. There's 27 of them. There's more than that. There's more than that. There's also all of these Chinese companies and everything like that, but Whoo. Yeah. Yeah, guys.

Said kick is glitching? Yeah, man. I'm very sorry about that. Um I'm having some streaming issues. And put together but if it's not if it's bearable enough, I appreciate you hanging out. If it's if it's not giving you problems, hey, that's awesome, too. I don't know what it is. I've never had this issue. It's I've never had I've I think I I mean, I've done like something like 60 or 65 live streams now. And I've never had this much issue. Not even like my first five live streams where I like everything.

Amy, thanks for being here. Thanks for being here. Yeah. So, again, guys, I'm really sorry. I'm I've Shh. Everything here is like good. Everything on my computer's good. Like I don't get it. I don't know if it's I don't know what. But it will be better by by the next live stream. And we'll do a shorter one this live stream. But I appreciate y'all for being here. I really do. I really appreciate you guys being in here. So, yeah. Pen and Index.com, go check it out. It's awesome. It's

a really good It's a really good resource. I'm I'm really proud of this one. Uh also, take a moment to let you guys know that I am going to actually launch a new website for me. It's the Kevin is a human website, uh which is looking really great. I'm I'm very stoked on it. Uh it's also you can watch the live streams from there. You can watch um like my past YouTube videos, anything like that. You can watch them all right there and it counts towards all my Um yeah, I'm pretty stoked on that and then it'll have links to all the websites and it will have a link to the Discord because I figure I'm finishing up the Discord.

I'm trying to have that up in the next day or two for you guys. Um because I wanted like share links with you guys. I want to you know, talk to you guys more on there. Everybody seems to be really into Discord. I love Discord servers. I've run many Discord servers. I am uh super duper uh stoked for it. Um and shout out to Fleet. I don't know if you guys know Fleet. She's awesome. She does uh let me see. Uh what is it like AS is it AS by Fleet or is it ASDI Fleet? What is it? It what what

Damn it. I'm so bad I'm so bad I'm like Yeah. Yeah, Bad Fleet. She I think she like changed the name recently. No. No. Ank Ank is probably in here like losing her mind like bro. Look at I It's It's It's I always forget the uh the first initials. And anyway, she's awesome. She does these great videos. these great videos. Um

ASDI. Yeah, okay. That's I don't know. I think her her channel may have gotten taken down. Oh, her channel got taken down. That's what I I think she was telling me that. Anyway, uh she did like um like some AI videos back in the day that were like super sick. Like the there was like an Ian Carroll one and uh Yeah, anyway, Fleet had actually put together a Discord channel for me and set it all up. And just like randomly it was like, "Hey, I made you a Discord." I was like, "That's actually super sick." Uh and it

was and it's a really good Discord. Uh I just I've I'm just kind of tightening up, adding a few things, um and then setting up some of the back-end stuff. And uh I'm hoping to have that up tomorrow. And it's going to be um there's going to be like a free like you have access to like a lot of the Discord. And then if you want to support, you know, and and everything like that, like couple bucks Make it super cheap. That way I can like maybe, you know, get a few bucks so that I can like literally just invest it into the Discord, you know? Uh but if you guys are interested in that, that's another awesome way to support for like very little money, but also a lot of the Discord channel is

still going to be free, so you don't have to like you're not going to be like uh completely uh taken out of the Discord um experience if you don't pay. You know what I mean? But if if you do want to, then there will be, you know, some extra um like an extra chat and like uh some research and stuff. We can do research in there together. Uh because a lot of people like really give me awesome like research, awesome things to like, you know, pull threads to pull on, all of that. And uh and I really dig that. Um just like today of uh uh

an online friend had sent me this Valinor Enterprises. So, shout out Laurie Half Deaf with MS. I don't know if you guys know her. She's awesome. She's really She's a cool researcher. She like researches all sorts of stuff. Um always and she's always like turning me on to like some cool stuff. Which is which is cool. And so, she sent me this today about Valinor. And so, I was I was looking into that and I put together some information because you know, we talk a lot on this channel about Peter Thiel and all these different companies. But like I'm still learning about new ones all the damn time. You know, and this is one of them. So,

shout out to Laurie Half Deaf with MS. If you guys know her, uh go follow her. Give her a shout out. She's rad. Yeah. And so, anyway Valinor Enterprises is a DC defense tech holding company that's raised 85 million since launching in 2024. Would you at all be surprised that this was backed by Peter Thiel and involves Anduril, Palantir, J.D. Vance's fund, and many other Thiel-backed companies? Yeah. It's crazy. The founders, CEO

Julie Bush, ran Palantir's government business as SVP. All right. Uh co-founder Trae Stephens co-founded Anduril and is a partner at Thiel's Founders Fund. Okay. The other co-founders are Paul Kwan and and Grant uh Verstandig from Red Cell Partners and General Catalyst, right? Which are not Peter Thiel companies. And yeah. So, so you see this? So, one of them one of the the CEO and one of the founders ran Palantir's government business. Right? So, the contracts, basically. She was in charge of managing the government

contracts, which is largely what pays Palantir, right? Uh the co-founder co-founded Anduril, which is one of Peter Thiel's Twinks companies, Palmer Lucky, right? And and he's a part of Thiel's Founders Fund. Okay. Crazy. And then who they're who they're partners are partners are Anduril and Palantir. Oh, weird. Guess what? It's all Peter Thiel all the way down, guys. All right, the money, the $54 million

series A in January of 2026 was led by friends and family capital, co-funded by Palantir's former CFO Colin Anderson. Founders Fund invested again. Narya, the fund that J.D. Vance co-founded with another alum of Thiel's Mithril Capital, joined the round. So, J.D. Vance is also involved in this. I'm pretty sure Despite Ukraine losing over 10,000 drones every month. Meanwhile, China produces millions of DJI drones annually, giving them search capacity that we just can't match. Condor is designed to close this gap. Condor is attritable, dual air and ground launch, long range with both fixed-wing flight and hover capability, can be produced at a high volume with a modular open architecture, all in one

package and made in the USA. I like to say the Condor is a platform, not just And our weapons made in the USA. Mr. Trump. What I mean by platform is that Condor is fully modular, which means we We take the same control stack and basic skeleton and customize it to fit many different mission sets and use cases. Typically, primes don't build for this kind of flexibility, nor a mass supplier product. They build to the exact specifications and requirements of a single need, which is great. But we also need an aerial solution with modularity. One that can have parts hot swapped for different needs, replacement parts 3D printed out in the field, and evolve with the mission. Autonomy in drones is surprisingly easy. The real challenge today is an American supply chain that is unprepared for drone part manufacturing. We've committed to off-the-shelf components

where possible and rapid prototyping where not. 3D printing lets us go from design to test to redesign to retest as quickly as possible. Unmanned aerial systems have redefined the nature of warfare, and they will continue to define the next decade of conflict and deterrence. With Condor, our goal is to make sure those systems are built with the utmost flexibility, modularity, and speed to meet the changing needs of our warfighters. Hm. Okay. It's interesting that they even mentioned DJI cuz DJI for sure has the best drone building capabilities anywhere in the world and uh last year we just made it illegal

for DJI products to be sold in the United States. Yeah. That happened like went through last year. [sighs] Um but I think it started becoming a thing this year. It's too expensive for us to make all these drones here, but okay. Doesn't matter. It's all just going to be funded by the government anyway, right? Cuz that's what these guys do. Let's see what this this one is. Dispatch modular charging nodes purpose-built for unmanned systems powering or assistant autonomous operations. Yeah, so this

this is a system to what? My name is Nicholas Leek, general manager to to power AI-powered robots. Valinor Dispatch. And today I'm really excited to introduce you to one of our first products that expands autonomous systems, the Dispatch Dock. Uh these docks are lightweight, uh weather sealed, ruggedized for operating in a variety of different environments, and capable of being mounted on mobile platforms and fixed locations as well. This dock expands mission capabilities by allowing autonomous usage of drones without any user interaction. So here you can see we've got a dock that houses the drone,

and then it extends out so that the drone can deploy and land. One of the key things is the ability for having a drone land on something that may not be at a level surface. If you have a vehicle that's off in a ditch, or a surface going vessel that's riding the waves, drones like to land on flat surfaces. What we've done is we've tapped into that and made it so that our platform actually allows the articulation to counter any of those issues that you may have. In addition to the capabilities of housing the drone, this also has high-speed charging, which allows you to deploy the drone, land the drone, charge it, and then send it back out on mission. Again, without any operator interaction, it's not locked down to a single drone. We have a modular platform that allows changing for different drones, small

and large, so that if you've got a fleet of drone A, it'll work for that. A fleet of drone B, it'll work for that. What we're doing here at Valinor Okay. That's That actually kind of seems stupid. All of that for what? One drone? Uh it seems it seems a bit much. All that for one drone? Let's see the medical system. What do they got for us on the medical system? There's no doubt that the future battlefield looks completely different, whether it's drone warfare, whether it's electronic warfare, the unmanned weapon systems, the unmanned vehicle systems.

Those things were around the last 20 years, but not nearly the magnitude that they are now. We noticed that there was a huge force protection issue with medical providers and leaving doctors and surgeons and medics and nurses to be for survivability. And it kind of led to this idea of what if we made a containerized platform that you could use far forward and make it modular and adaptable so that you could pick it up and move it as the flot changed, but also be able to put it on a ship or a rail car on the back of a flatbed and transport casualties that way. In a nutshell, Harbor is a mobile, modular, high-end medical resource. It starts off as a 20-ft ISO certified

connex container and we embed military and medical grade equipment and technology. This is like something straight out of a video game. You know what I mean? Like you just you see one of those and you like pop it open and you like get some health and some snacks or whatever and you go back out and kill things. That's actually pretty tough. I got to say this is actually pretty sick. This is sick. Damage control resuscitation configuration, a damage control surgery configuration, and then a prolonged casualty care configuration. What we're seeing now with LISKO and large-scale combat operations is the need for force protection for medical providers that we never really had to deal with during the last 20 years of the global war on

terrorism. So adding things like ballistic paneling to our medical facilities, adding things like counter drone systems, counter UAV systems. One of the ways that we're able to provide additional force protection. Oh, Is that fleet? Bad boy crew? Hell yeah. Thanks for being here. Thanks for making the Discord. It's like it's almost done. It's almost done. I got to like do a few things. I'm trying to get it out tomorrow. for those clinicians is by partnering with Anduril. The Anduril Lattice network helps out significantly with comms and connect Anduril Lattice network. Let's check it out because I have

an entire thing right here on the website for you. The AI brain fusing every sensor into one picture. Lattice ingest feeds from towers, drones, and third-party sensors and fuses them into a single autonomous surveillance picture curing response with minimal human input. And that is what they're using to protect these things to what to know to I mean the Anduril West system wonder if they put these there like it's a camera for the battlefield. And it also is a medical. It's also medical. It's also medical, too. Isn't that

great? Actually, it's medical. It's just a It's just an Anduril camera. An AI system for the battlefield to keep track of all the soldiers in the area. You know? All right, there's a couple more. There's a couple more. Let's check them out because these are actually kind of sick. Some of them are kind of sick, actually. I'm I'm not going to front. We're about halfway through. Okay. Reflex. Oh, these guys have a This one has a different page. Where's my YouTube video? I want a YouTube video. What?

There we go. Here we go. Give me that YouTube. Give me that YouTube video. When every moment matters, seeing isn't enough. Operators need understanding. Reflex is a next-generation smart optic system built for mission-critical operations. With advanced vision models built-in, Reflex embeds intelligence at the point of capture, even in offline environments. Cutting-edge waveguide technology unlocks an ultra-thin design with unmatched clarity, while hyperrealistic image generation augments reality with actionable awareness. Reflex, turn every lens into a source of insight. Okay. Okay.

That's actually kind of sick. I mean, it has like AI and will tell you what a tool is. Does it do anything else other than that, or is it just know tools? I mean, bro, like Apple Vision Pro is like $3,000, and like I don't even think it could do that. Certainly none of the like the Meta glasses can do any of that. Make this Make this uh you know, available to the public. I need to know wrench sizes.

The most mission-critical, up-to-date special on YouTube. updated information about your operations isn't buried in an ERP or data lake. It's at the edge with your users and frontline operators. Today, too much of this signal is lost, never informing critical decisions. Valenor Streamline brings your ontology to the edge, unlocking a ground-truth operational picture that updates with every user and every action across all devices, even in disconnected offline environments. A magnitude 6.3 earthquake has hit an overseas military base, and I'm responsible for evacuating all US citizens. Not only do I need to get all military personnel and their

families off island, I also need to secure their next safe location. Without Streamline, my options would be pen and paper or a third-party system requiring hours of manual work from my team to input data. Now, I can build a new Streamline form in minutes and deploy it to uniformed and civilian residents alike, enabling fully, semi, or unauthenticated data entry with permissioning based on role. Residents now have a secure, compliant channel to submit structured and unstructured data such as their location, any injuries sustained, or pictures of damaged areas. AI-assisted intake accelerates time to completion. Streamline will sync this data directly with my ontology once signal is available, automatically parsing and So, it's

data for the battlefield. Okay, got it. I mean, that's probably important to some degree. There's one more. There's one more. Let's see what these guys got. A very cool one than the last one. It starts small. A drainage pipe begins to leak. A storage room gets just a little too humid. An HVAC system struggles to keep out the summer heat. The signals are there, but they're subtle. Easy to miss until suddenly they're not. Mold spreads, stored materials spoil, and a minor outage becomes a major

repair. Across more than 700,000 facilities worldwide, these small problems have accumulated to a $285 billion maintenance backlog. Valen o'Tara pairs smart sensors with facility management software to make the invisible visible and actionable. A severe storm system is bearing down on a military installation. With landfall just hours away, I'm responsible for keeping hundreds of buildings operational. I need to know when conditions are deteriorating, which systems are at risk, and where my maintenance teams need to move first. Terra gives me live sensor telemetry across the installation, letting me move from base-wide conditions down

to a single building. Okay, got it. It's pouring nerd but like probably makes life a lot better uh for the people that need to keep everything going. Cool. Valinor, though, these guys they're kind of into like a lot of like a lot of different things. Where is that here solving problems, guys? Companies are taking on the biggest challenges. Reaccelerating nuclear energy, designing next-generation fighter jets, and even launching near-Earth satellites into orbit. Wow. everything else? What about the problems that are too quiet to trend, too far from the

spotlight, too deep to be obvious, yet too urgent to ignore? They go unaddressed, not because they are impossible to fix, but because they fall outside of traditional models of scale, funding, and attention. Until now. Valinor is a new kind of defense and government tech company that solves the problems others don't. We're an operational holding company with a unique model of centralized go-to-market and decentralized engineering. At the center is the Valinor Hub, an all-star team of market experts, operators, and capital allocators working to develop or acquire products of interest. We build lean, focused subsidiaries around those products. Our product companies benefit from shared infrastructure at the hub, enabling them to focus exclusively on refining

world-class products. This allows us to go from signal to development to mission impact with unparalleled speed, putting products in the hands of end users faster. Our model serves our mission to solve the quiet unaddressed problems, working tirelessly to make America and our allies better, stronger, and more resilient. And our allies. Brilliant. Why is it that whenever they say allies, you know it's Israel coded? But yet, when you go and look at the official list of who American allies are, Israel isn't on that list. [gasps]

I'm just a stupid What do I know? What do I know as a stupid little Anyway, Valinor, very interesting company, uh very under the radar. But I think we're going to see a lot more because it does seem like for a lot of these, they're going to be in partnership with Anduril, okay, down here. Anduril. Uh Anduril, which is largely funded by the Founders Fund, uh and and is deeply embedded with Palantir. Uh Anduril, they're going to make a lot of the stuff.

And these guys are going to use these items and then sell these contracts to the American government. And that's what this company is doing. They manage everything for you for your company, your weapons. Your You are a weapons manufacturer, you need contracts with the American government, these guys will get them for you. And they'll manage them, and they'll make sure that all happens. And it's just backed by Peter Thiel, who buys all our politicians. It is backed by J.D. Vance, one of our bought politicians.

Like, you know, it's just it's just nuts, man. It's just incredibly corrupt. I just don't know that they could just like openly do this 25-plus years ago. I just don't know. I don't know that this could get done. But now, this level of corruption is there. It's there. It's here. It's like it's right here. And again, none of this would exist if it weren't for 9/11, the Patriot Act, and information total awareness.

It's just It all just kind of I mean, again, everything kind of always points back to Peter Thiel, but go beyond Peter Thiel, and it's always information total total information awareness. 9/11, Patriot Act, it always goes back. It always goes back to there. Always goes back to there. So, yeah. Valinor, keep your eye out on Valinor, guys. It's uh it's uh it's it's it's another one. It's another crazy one.

So, apparently, X had hired a new uh product lead, or they call it lead product, or whatever. Uh [snorts] this is the person that is kind of overlooking the general direction of all of X and its products, right? And X as a product. What is it delivering? How well is it delivering what it's delivering? Right? Basically, like the most broken down version of of what that job is. Okay? And uh if you don't know, Nikita uh Bier

was the last uh product lead. Nikita left. Um a lot of people had many issues with Nikita and Nikita's um uh associations uh prior to being a part of X. If I'm going to be perfectly honest with you, I don't remember what the problems were that people had with Nikita, but for whatever reason, Nikita's gone. And now they've got this person, Peter Sellis, who I had never heard of before. Um former Microsoft, Discord, Snap, and Science Inc. Okay. And so now this person is product lead.

Um here in or here or with X, okay? Now, why am I even talking about it? Kevin, the Who gives a right? Well, I saw this. It's the next line. And it just made my spidey senses tingle. Okay? I am a huge believer in SpaceX's mission to extend human consciousness to the stars. So, it's time to make post posting multi-planetary. Forget the posting funny little joke. They're like, "Hey, I'm going to say something really serious, and then I'm going to put a little joke here, and hey, look at this joke."

Forget about Don't think about the implications of the serious thing that I just said. There's a joke. Oh, he said posting. Haha. This guy's a real hoot. No, no, no. I am a huge believer in SpaceX's mission to extend human consciousness to the stars. Okay? That sounds awfully testicle to me. Extend human consciousness to the stars. Right?

It's all about intelligence, right? [clears throat] Consciousness. Right? They want to sell this idea that AI has intelligence, therefore it is conscious. It is not. Uh at least I don't believe it to be. Right? SpaceX. X A I. That's what it is now. X X A I, Grok. SpaceX has all been merging together.

And if you look at this, so it's time to make posting multiplayer military and you're like Don't miss out on this. Holy is that KJ? Is that Is this the return of KJ? Everybody say what up to KJ on Kick. KJ, if you didn't know though, we're up on YouTube. And there's there's people up on YouTube. YouTube's been kind of the hang lately. We still got people over here on Kick, but the hang is a little bit more YouTube these days. Good to have you back. It's great to have you back. So, yeah.

Yeah. Uh I'm a huge believer in SpaceX's mission to extend human consciousness to the stars. Okay, let's break it down. Okay, extending human consciousness. Uh what's another thing that Elon Musk is a part of that have that he has is Neuralink, right? Neuralink, the uh like an interface between the human mind and AI. Right? We'll never make AI um think like a human, but we can give it enough human thought uh examples that it could then

mimic humans well enough to disarm any human, right? Cuz what we see with the AI uh the AI companies are very much um in the business of trying to be convincingly human enough to disarm people, right? To disarm people, to make them trust it, right? That's what's going on. So, uh yeah. So, obviously Elon Musk is an open transhumanist. He's also a Cosmist. And Cosmists, what they

kind of believe is that we need something more than Earth uh because with the use of AI um we are going to multiply intelligence and then bring intelligence to the cosmos uh in which we will need outposts uh because humans uh we won't just have billions of humans, we will have trillions of humans. And uh we will have trillions of consciousness interlocked together, AI, human, you know, the I mean the they're the the the the cosmos believes, you know, many different things that are all

kind of touch on like all of these sort of ideas, right? This is why you see um all the terraforming of Mars that Elon Musk allegedly or says that he is allegedly doing. Who knows how much of that is actually being done. Um so yeah, it's uh [snorts] it's weirdly coded when you start understanding the Tesserial stack, the Tesserial bundle. Right? The transhumanism, the uh Oh, we good? Yeah, like the transhumanism and the uh extropianism,

singularitarianism, effective altruism, uh cosmism, longtermism, right? All these different cults of the future, right? And Elon's probably in like, I would say it's evidence that he's probably in like three of them, maybe four of them. And yeah. Yeah, it's uh I don't know, maybe I'm reading it I I I couldn't entirely be reading too much into it, but my thought is is that, you know, Nikita said, I want to say 6-8 weeks ago that they were leaving X. Um so let's say this person for probably at least a month has been

really kind of getting ingrained within the higher-ups at SpaceX, XAI, X, right? Um and you can't have those types of organizations without building in uh some sort of like cult-like mechanisms. If you've ever worked in cult in the in the corporate world, you know exactly what I'm talking about. Every corporation kind of has to run a little bit like a cult. Um it's just true. I worked at The Cheesecake Factory. The Cheesecake Factory is kind of a cult. Like it's not a bad thing necessarily. It's

it's how you do it. And I mean it's just how you manage hundreds of thousands of people, right? You got to have them believe in some sort of way. Okay? And so anyway, I'm not going to read the rest of this, but I just felt like Peter Sellis is probably in some to some degree it it seems, right? That this person is been deeply ingrained in Silicon Valley for a long time. Look at all the companies that he had worked for. So, he's ingrained in that culture.

He is most certainly uh been working with a lot of these transhumanists and thing. Yeah, yeah, KJ. It's I I I don't know. This this live stream is glitchy. I might I might literally just take it down and we're all we're all just here right now together in the glitch. Cuz I just want to get this stuff out, but uh you know, maybe we might retry this another time. Uh see if for some reason I don't know what's up with my live stream today. Um it's not my best. Yeah, this is not my best live stream, but hey. Don't judge me on this one. Come back if you're new here. Come back once I get it all fixed.

You'll see. You'll see what we're all about over here cuz we we into some over here. Yeah, I thought that this was a really really um interesting. And then, Taylor Lorenz, who I really like, I she does a lot of great reporting. Um she's a one of the biggest, you know, voices against like the techno-fascism, the you know, the the transhumanist, the Tess Skuras, like I mean, this is one of the people that I was looking to when I first started looking into all this stuff is Taylor Lorenz. I was just like really disappointed to see or I mean, I mean not disappointed, but I was just like really like

it's just confusing to me that she was like cheering this on. Like, let's go. I'm like, how are you such a voice against the transhumanist and cheering on someone who is literally talking about how proud he is to aid SpaceX in its transhumanist mission. I'm thoroughly confused. And of course, you know, she has not responded to me. Uh but, it's just it's just weird to me. I just if if you spend the amount of time that she does and I do and like some of these other people that I know looking into these transhumanists, these Tess Skuras people, like all that, if you spend the amount of time that we do, how could you

read that and not read it for what it really is? That code. You know? It's coded. It's coded very transhumanist. Very transhumanist. So, yeah, just another interesting one. It's another interesting thing to you know, keep track of, right? Because I think that X is especially now, it's always been, but especially now is some sort of a an experiment. Yeah, I would say that X is a great big

experiment. Right? It it sits in a place that no other social media does. And so much happens there, but it's also like there are things that happen there that literally nobody knows about on other platforms. Like this whole um you know Leah files and Shawn Ryan drama. Nobody on Instagram who's like not on X. Like people, if you're not on X, but you're on Instagram or YouTube, like you probably don't really know what's going on. Maybe YouTube, maybe YouTube, you know, because people on you know, there

might be some people on there talking about it. If you follow certain creators who might be talking about it, sure. But really, you probably have no context. And all the context comes from the tweets. And if you And if you're not on there, you kind of miss out on like this whole thing. And I think that that's crazy. [clears throat] It's just it's but so much can like happen there, and then it permeates into every other platform or becomes things that are like super like ingrained in in our society, even if just for the moment. X is like this really interesting weird experiment.

And so now you have a person here, I mean if you thought that the last couple of years of X has felt vastly different, you know, this is why people, I think, had their issues with Nikita. Um and it's just to say that these people are literally it's their job. It's their job. Product is their job. Defining what the product delivers and then analyzing to what extent you're delivering. So, you can make sure that you're delivering on the promise of the

product, right? That's that's it's broken down to the most basic form, that is what that job is. And X is the product. So, hey, maybe maybe a really interesting era in X is coming. Or maybe it might just get even truly more dystopian and weird. You know? But I don't know. We'll see. And maybe maybe it'll be way more transhumanist. I I really don't know. KJ, thanks for catching up on the

videos. It's good to have you back, KJ. It's good to have you back. So, yeah. So, yeah. So, this week, um I'm going to try to get in maybe one more earlier this, you know, earlier in the week. Uh but we have um October is just a crazy month, especially this year with my birthday being on Saturday, the wedding the following Saturday, and now, you know, this, uh you know, Halloween's coming up. And we do Halloween right out here in in I'll be honest with you, that is one thing that I love about LA is that they do Halloween right out here and it's my

girlfriend's favorite holiday uh by a long shot. And so, yeah, so we have a bunch of events and her sister comes out every year uh and stays with us. So, we'll be doing like three or four different events. You know, uh but one of the days um I'm going to stay back and for one of these events, I'm not going to go to one of the events. So, I think that night, I got to figure out what night it is, then I'll probably live stream and I'll probably do a big long one that night, too. Uh just because I I can. Um otherwise, we have a lot going on throughout the weekend and everything like that. And then November

on through the winter uh I'm going to have to lock in what my schedule's going to be and I'm finally going to lock in a schedule, guys. So, people have been asking for a schedule, I'm going to lock in a schedule because it gets darker, I have to get the dogs out. Now, we have two dogs and it's like so much more um so much just so much more and there's and everything's just everything's kind of crazy, right? Everything is like way nuts. Uh so, I'm hoping that like to in November kind of set a very like, okay, this is the schedule. It should probably be a little bit earlier in the day. Um kind of like I did today, you know, more

like 3:00 so that I could be done by like 5:00. Um so, we could take the dogs out before it gets dark, you know. That's basically it. Summer's so much better cuz it doesn't even get dark until like 8:30. It's perfect. Uh thank you, KJ, for the birthday wishes. Good It'll be good to have you back whenever you're here. And you know, and this goes for all of you. Whenever you're here as as many times as you're here, I'm super grateful for every single time. And uh and and I hope you come back. I hope you had enough fun that you want to come back. Uh and please, if today's stream put you off because it was all glitchy and just know I

will not stream again until there is no more glitch. Uh we got to figure it out. It's probably I probably have to like update my computer or something. Uh something stupid like that, but yeah. 487? What? Nah, man. Nah, I'm a I'm going to I'm going to try to I'm going to try to um I'm going to try to stream though uh pretty regularly. So, uh yeah, through the winter we're definitely going to do a lot more streaming, uh especially just cuz I I want to get the watch hours up on YouTube. I really want to get monetized on YouTube before they uh move the goalpost. Um and it's completely doable. Um I just got to get in there. Uh so,

yeah. That's it. I hope you guys have an incredible week. Uh I hope that you have awesome things for Halloween that you're doing. Uh if you got kids, I hope you have a great trick or treat. Uh I'll try to get in one more time this week. Um but then, you know, after next week, we're going to hit a new schedule. There's going to be a schedule. I'm shooting for like three live streams a week minimum, maybe with some smaller live streams in between. Uh we got the Discord coming out. So, uh if you do pay for Discord, um if you do become a supporter on my Discord channel, uh we'll probably, you

know, like a lot of people do like members only type stuff. We'll do something like that on Discord uh for everybody who wants to be a supporter. It's going to be cheap, probably like a couple bucks a month. Nothing crazy. I want to make it super cheap, uh but I I just want to get something in so that I can uh literally just put it into the Discord cuz Discord costs money if you want to like build out really good um Discord channels like and experiences for people, uh which I do. So, uh to do that uh you know, if people kick in a couple bucks or whatever, um you know, I'll give you extra content. We'll give you guys you know, more of access to like the research stuff. All of my research is going to be getting populated over

time on on there. That means all the the documents and everything like that we're talking about here on the live stream. And this is This is Yes, I'm going to stay on Kick. Yeah, of course, I'm going to stay on Kick. Uh I just um YouTube for me right now, I can't get I can't get money off of YouTube, but if I can get uh if I can get watch hours on YouTube, then I can get monetized on there. And that's the best way is getting to a point where I can just get monetized for the content so that I don't have to like rely on people. And if you guys want to support, that's great. But if not, like it's also totally cool because you can just watch a YouTube video and that's support, you know. Um

but yeah. Yeah, California is great for Halloween. So yes, I will stay on Kick. Um for sure. Uh I'm trying to still resolve this platform issue with Twitch. They still can't seem to figure it out. Um but there's still no reason I'm not stream on there, but I'm going to stop uh probably uh by the end of the year if it doesn't get fixed. Um but yeah, YouTube and uh and Kick for sure are going to be the platforms where you'll see me live stream. I also have a website coming out. It's going to be kevinisahuman.com. And uh

you're going to be able to um watch my live streams from there, too. You know, just to make it easy. Um and that's more of just like for discoverability. You know, just to be uh just just to work the system. Do it in a way that like most content creators aren't doing. They focus on like a platform. You know, I'm I'm trying to be like kind of like have a little bit of every everywhere. Yeah. Yeah, the uh the kick is on the kick is on like a pretty big delay, I think. I don't know. I don't know what's up, guys. But anyway, I appreciate you all rocking

with me. This is probably the worst stream I've done because of the technical difficulties, and a ton of you still hung out. And uh

New video almost every day

Don't miss the next one.
